The Rainbow Wildlife Rescue (RWR) team has decided to finally make a membership feature available to their fans and supporters.
We are hoping to establish a regular income basis to assure further growth of the wildlife center and educational programs as well as our Pet Foster Care Group.
As a member you will receive a quarterly newsletter per email and "BREAKING WILD NEWS" as they are happening. More wild features will be added in the very near future!
Due to the recent re-location to Weatherford, Texas, the Rainbow Wildlife Rescue is running on less than the basics. We are in no position to take any animals in until we have re-built all cages, enclosures and habitats meeting the required minimum standards of the State of Texas.
A state inspection will be conducted before the new (much larger) property will be granted the wildlife rehabilitation permit, which is necessary for re-opening the Rainbow Wildlife Rescue.
We are looking for local groups such as Boy Scouts, School classes, Church groups, animal lovers -- any group no matter how small or large -- to help us rebuild the animal enclosures as soon as the weather has cooled down some.
In addition we need to raise an estimated $2,500 for building materials and related items.
We still have all the materials from the old enclosures, but lots of it broke and needs to be replaced.

Funds are desperately needed for re-building enclosures, purchasing building and fencing materials, erecting new habitats and flight cages, build a pond to add waterfowl to the federal permit, high fence off a 50 x 50 ft area with shelter for deer, and purchasing or building a barn for other mammals.
